Masterclass by Lluís Ribas at the Reial Cercle Artístic de Barcelona

On June 13, 2019 Lluís Ribas made a masterclass of painting at the headquarters of the Royal Artistic Circle of Barcelona. The artist is a merit partner of this institution and as such was invited to hold this master class. The event was well attended by the general public as well as fellow artists of Lluís Ribas, who were able to see and comment on the entire creative and technical process of making a work in oil with the technique "grisalla". In this case, Lluís Ribas recreated a portrait of Lluís Graner, who in his day was president of the Reial Cercle Artístic, inspired by a portrait that Ramón Casas made of this great artist. The result of the work was very celebrated and applauded by all attendees.
