Lluís Ribas promotes the exhibition “Esclat creatiu a la Floresta” (Creative explosion in la Floresta)

An exhibition, promoted by Lluís Ribas and sponsored by Sant Cugat del Vallès town council, will be inaugurated on December 11th in the Casa de la Cultura of Sant Cugat del Vallès. The aim of this exhibition is to provide an overview of what was represented by what has been known as “the creative explosion in la Floresta”, an area within the municipality of Sant Cugat.

During the 60s and 70s, Lluís Ribas took part in the whole movement around comics and illustration, and for a long time he has wanted to bring together the great artists of that time and pay homage to them together with Josep Toutain, the owner of Selecciones Ilustradas, who was an innovator not only in the art of comics and illustration, but also in other graphic and editorial areas.
